Over the past 30 years, both companies have built a solid reputation in various markets, from industrial electronics and healthcare to defence, telecoms and energy. By combining their expertise, customer portfolios and infrastructure, the new entity ACE-JTC Electronics was founded in 2025.
Today, we are building on those solid foundations with a clear vision:

ACE-JTC Electronics is part of Alliance Electronics, a European network of specialised EMS companies. Since ACE joined in 2022 and JTC in 2023, we have been combining the strength of an international group with the flexibility and proximity of a local partner.
Within Alliance Electronics, the companies share in-depth expertise while retaining their own agility and specialisations. This enables us to support our customers from rapid prototyping to complex projects and large-scale production.
The group has 9 production sites, each with unique competencies, and together has more than 1,200 employees and a turnover of 130 million euros.
