A reliable electronic solution requires a perfectly fitting mechanical design. At ACE-JTC, we have our own department for CNC milling and mechanical processing, enabling us to produce metal and plastic components with high precision. Or to modify standard enclosures.
Whether it concerns housings, heat sinks, front plates, spacers or other customer-specific parts, we manufacture them in-house, quickly and to order. We also have lathes that enable us to manufacture our own gears and precision components. This gives us complete control over critical parts and allows us to respond quickly to specific customer requirements.
This means shorter lead times, less dependence on external suppliers and seamless integration with our electronic modules. Our mechanical department works closely with engineering and assembly, enabling us to proactively make adjustments and optimise designs where necessary.
